About FoodieFit

FoodieFit is a fresh meal prep service operating in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. We prepare and deliver pre-cooked meals on a weekly basis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid delivery address in our service area to use FoodieFit.

Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

Orders and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website at foodiefit.ca.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.
• Payment is processed at checkout via Moneris. Subscription orders are charged on the schedule shown at signup.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery

• Delivery is available within our published service area in Metro Vancouver.
• Delivery days, windows, and cutoff times are shown during checkout.
• Once delivered, meals should be refrigerated immediately.

Cancellation and Subscriptions

• One-time orders may be modified or cancelled before the cutoff time shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions may be paused, skipped, or cancelled from your account at any time before the cutoff for the next delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Food Allergies and Health

Meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, soy, and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee any meal is free from cross-contact. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by FoodieFit or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without permission, except as permitted for personal use.

Prohibited Use

You may not use FoodieFit for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users or staff, or to interfere with our service or servers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FoodieFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of FoodieFit after changes constitutes acceptance.
