What services do you offer?
We offer a freshly-prepared meal delivery service. We deliver freshly prepared meals to your home, office or one of our drop-off locations. One unique aspect of our service is that we offer a custom build meal option. All of our individual meals are vacuum sealed and stay fresh in the fridge for a minimum of 8 days, guaranteed!
What is your delivery area?
We deliver throughout the Lower Mainland. This includes North and West Vancouver, Vancouver, Richmond, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, (Port) Coquitlam, Langley, Abbotsford and on Thursday only we also deliver to Squamish and Whistler (for an extra delivery charge)!
When do I get my meals?
We have several delivery day options depending on your location. When you get to the checkout page, you will be presented with your delivery options including a approximate time-frame. You will receive an email notification prior to your delivery day with a more accurate delivery time. Please see our delivery page for more information on approximate delivery time-frames for your area and specific days.
What is the ordering deadline?
The order deadline depends on the delivery day but it is generally 2 days prior to the delivery date. However, we may close ordering due to capacity constraints but this will automatically be reflected in the delivery date choices you have.
What's the minimum order requirement?
Our minimum is $69 per order which includes FREE delivery to any of our drop-off locations or Home Delivery.
Do you charge for delivery?
As long as you meet the minimum order requirement, delivery is included.
What is your delivery area?

What are your delivery days
We deliver Sundays and Wednesdays for your convenience. You will be presented with a calendar at check-out that shows which delivery days are available based on your delivery address or chosen pick-up location and our capacity to fill your order.
Do you charge for delivery?
As long as you meet the minimum order requirement of $69, there is no delivery fee for orders delivered in the lower mainland.
How does home delivery work?
When you choose home delivery, you will have to be home to take delivery of your food or let us know about any arrangements or instructions you may have for us in writing. We have approximate delivery-time windows for each region but unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will deliver within this time window every time. You will be notified via email the day prior to delivery with an approximate delivery time window. Because from week to week our delivery route changes and traffic conditions are unpredictable, we may be earlier or later than expected. Our drivers will always attempt to contact you prior to delivery to let you know we are coming. We will NOT leave your food unattended at your door unless you have provided us with written instructions to do so. If you have asked for us to leave the food unattended, we are NOT responsible for the quality or safety of the food. If for whatever reason we can not get a hold of you and there are no written instructions to tell us what to do with the food, we will deliver the food to the next scheduled drop-off location on the driver’s route. This location may NOT be the closest drop-off location to your home.
How do drop-off locations work?
If you choose to pick-up your food at one of our drop-off locations, your food will be delivered and stored in a fridge at that location. Our approximate delivery times for each location can be found on our ‘delivery’ page and you will also receive an email the day prior to delivery with the approximate pick-up time. We have approximate delivery-time windows for each location but unfortunately we can not guarantee that we will deliver within this time window every time. Because from week to week our delivery route changes and traffic conditions are unpredictable, we may be earlier or later than expected. It is always a good idea to call ahead to the store to see if your food has been delivered. We will attempt to contact you if the delivery is delayed significantly. You can pick up your food at any time during regular business hours. Please keep in mind that space at some locations is limited. It is best to pick-up your food as soon as possible. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your food right away, please contact the store and let them know or the store may remove your food.
How long do my meals keep?
Your meals are freshly prepared and immediately vacuum sealed and stay fresh for at least 8 days in the fridge, guaranteed. Our meals freeze really well also and the containers they come in are suitable for the freezer. When you freeze your meals, they will keep for up to 3 months. Don’t forget to thaw them (either in the fridge or on the defrost setting) before heating them up to eat.
What is your freshness guarantee
Our meals are vacuum sealed and keep fresh for at least 8 days when properly and continuously refrigerated. If your meals have been under refrigeration and they are no longer fresh on day 8, we will refund your money for that meal. If for some reason the vacuum seal is broken, we will also refund your money. Please note that if you have requested to leave your meals unattended at your delivery address, we can not honour this guarantee.
What is 'Build Your Own'?
We offer a unique option for you to build your own meal. You can select from a pre-defined set of options to customize your meal to exactly what you want.
Can I customize my meals?
We can not customize any of the ‘regular’ menu items but you can create your very own menu through our Build Your Own option.
Why is my custom meal so bland?
We make the Build Your Own meals with a minimum amount of flavour and spices in order to help you with your nutritional needs. You can always add one of our made-in-house sauces to enhance the flavour while minimizing additional macro-nutrients and calories.
Can I freeze my meals?
Our meals freeze really well and the containers they come in are suitable for the freezer. There are some meals, such as salads, that don’t freeze that well so we recommend not freezing them. Don’t forget to thaw them (either in the fridge or on the defrost setting) before heating them up to eat.
Why choose a subscription?
With a subscription you don’t have to worry about getting your meals. Your order will automatically be generated and delivered so you won’t be left without meals. What’s more, you will receive a 10% discount with no commitments. Cancel any time or change up your meals prior to the renewal.
Can I change my subscription?
You can change the items in your subscription at any time. Please note, however, that any changes made after the ordering deadline will apply to the next delivery date. Also note that the minimum order value is still in place. The functionality of the website allows you to remove items from your subscription without checking your minimum order value. We will not be able to fulfill your order if it falls below the minimum.

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, going to ‘My Subscriptions’ and clicking on cancel. Please note that you must do this before the ordering deadline or your order will be charged and scheduled for delivery. Unfortunately we can not refund orders that were cancelled after the delivery deadline.
